How to take Lipolytic?
In the first 4-7 days, take 1 capsule per day. The most effective way of taking it is 30-40 minutes before the start of the workout or 30 minutes before eating, if there are digestive problems, then after eating. From the second week, increase the dose to 2 capsules, one in the morning and one after dinner.
